RESEARCH: Dissertation: The research question was: How does the legal reasoning of law students who have completed almost one year of traditional American legal education compare to that of law students who have completed almost three years. Both quantitative and qualitative data were gathered and analysed. The results in a nutshell were that no significant differences were found. This opens interesting possibilities for the redesign of law school programs. The following sections of the dissertation are available now:
